The CASETTA flat is a 37 sq.m. two-roomer arranged in two levels, with an independent entrance and a lake view.
The “Casetta” flat measures 37 square metres and is arranged in two levels. It offers a wonderful view on the lake and the surrounding Tuscany and Umbria hills. An added plus: a private garden for guests to eat outside.
Ground floor: a sitting room with a convertible sofa (or “davenport” for our US guests) and a fully furnished kitchen.
On level one: a king-size bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an ante-bathroom.
